The Golden Arrow is awarded to publicly listed companies for excellence incorporate governance based on five key areas of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), namely: rights of shareholders, equitable treatment of shareholders, role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency,and responsibilities of the board. Xurpas’ consistent achievement reflects its dedication to upholding the highest governance standards, placing the company among an elite group of recognized industry leaders.
